YUP. Probably means he has dress sense and isn't afraid of being unconventional.

Mind you: I once fell in love with a guy just because of his amzingly original glasses, and lost interest when he bought new ones that weren't nearly as special.

Oh, glasses are totally important. I rarely ever am interested in a guy that does not have them ;)

I think you need to define "skirt" more, 'cause if sarong counts - and it should - then in some places it would be rather conventional.
Ditto for different gellabiyas, although they're rather robes or dresses then skirts.
