CSI Season Seven Promo Picture and The Beatles Do Have a Connection

Okay, so this post is either for people who are CSI addicts and up-to-date with the sixth season, or for people who don't care for CSI but care for seeing what made me totally freak out and be awed.



Basically, I was given the link to this season seven promo picture:

At first I didn't draw any associations. Sin City, right, and a very cool picture, close window, go click other things, right? Some twenty-four hours later I had this thought - didn't the piture remind you of something? As in, a The Beatles album cover? So ZOMG, wasn't Paul barefoot in it, supposedly because of being DEAD?!

So I searched for the link again and clicked.

And there is a barefoot person in it.

Which, I hope, is just red-herring.

But doesn't the idea rock anyway? It doesn't just rock, it rock-and-rolls. ♥ I'm still in awe, 8 hours later.

And I've just dreamed about being Sara (Sara is ♥!) and kind of having a car accident but nothing serious. I was working on a case with Nick :D I love my dreams :]

As a recent CSI watcher I will say this is an utterly meaningless joke on someone's part. Comparing CSI's popularity to the Beatles. As you know Paul wasn't dead and over excitable fans were unnecessarily reading into things and jumping to conclusions.

That's what I've gathered after some intense net-searching. It's very interesting, though :D

I've been a CSI fan for about three years now. I've seen 3 seasons on Television Poland and parts of the fifth and the sixth on the AXN Poland :)

I was diven to watch it after three different people, on three separate occassions, told me a particular CSI character reminded them of me. I felt compelled to watch and see. I am now hooked.

It seems odd to me that so many people had the same thought. I am torn between thinking there might be something to it and thinking they are all insane.

I must be painfully easy, it was Grissom. Although I think it's more a question of similar demeanors. I am similarly strangely reticent and out-going at the same time.
