Money & Milk

Tomorrow, I am leaving for the greener pastures, aka Home!Town, and probably won't be online for about a week. I do hope you shall survive, somehow. I am not going to - a visit to the Grandparents!
In other news, I have a new Flatmate. She seems to be nice and apparently spends lots of her time studying. That's convenient. I met her boyfriend, too (and was asked - by him - whether I am with someone. I live in an obsessed world).
The bank I have an account in is playing dirty - it changed the interest rate, just like that, and did not see fit to inform me about it. Good thing I read monthly reports carefully. They also made a mistake, took 5 zlotys from my account for some weird reason and then gave it back a few days later. They seemed so competent and nice in the beginning - now I am thinking I will be closing this account in the summer. Mum suggested we share her new one to avoid additional costs, and so that in case of an emergency I have instant access to more cash and I think I will agree.
Because my student's loan did not arrive on time (my fault, actually, did not manage to get some paperwork on time) and, this week, I am living off my cupboard (thank goodness I had it well-stocked). I am not starving, but I am nervous. Money makes me queasy.
Have a great Easter, or whatever you celebrate, or just a great week, if you don't celebrate anything at all.
Oh, and my ambitious plan for the break - read the second volume of Tom Jones. Read Tristram Shandy or Pride and Prejudice. Have a glance at my Latin at least, and another at vocabulary.
