Well, Ethan is quite probably canon, to be honest. And some parts of s4 leads me to think that Spike might be to (srsly, chained in the bathroom?). I've read enough of G/X to see that in canon, too...
I think, generally, the 'who I don't ship/see Giles with' is a shorter list. Much shorter.
