Right before I go...
Apr. 3rd, 2006 02:14 pm... just wanted to say thank you to all those who offered support. You're wondeful, you know that? :)
Also, I got a 5- in Writing today. Wouldn't be worth a mention if it wasn't for the fact I wrote my paragraph on the subject of "Tom Marvolo Hitler". Ahm, yes, comparison between the two. I just couldn't find an idea about two figures I could compare at the moment when I had to write this. I really was afraid the professor will have me re-writing it with a "more serious" topic ;)
I am re-reading Guy Gavriel Kay's Tigana. So far, it involves cursing the translator (OMG, how bad can you get?!) and... I started crying at page 16 because I already know the ending, which is sad. Pathetic, really - but the book is just that powerful, emotionally.
As to my knowledge for two tests I have this week? Status = 0% I need to be more focused.
See you on Tuesday evening, when I am back from the Dad's Father's funeral.
ETA: Flatmates remix, part 23467689736554. The one flatmate that managed to stay here since October found a wonderful flat opportunity and is moving out. Tomorrow. I love it when people give me some time to find a new flatmate. Or I think I would, if I ever experienced that.
I am fed up.
